Knoutsodonta sparsa (Alder & Hancock, 1846)

Onchidoris sparsa and spawn on the food organism; the colonial bryozoan, Cellepora pumicosa. Possibly, first recorded spawn of the species. Sublittoral, 6 to 10m depth, Macduff, N.E. Scotland. 19th August 2017. Leg. Chris Rickard.

3: Pale tubercles coated translucent grey-brown, appear as pale spots outlined in grey on dorsum when viewed from directly above. 4: Lamellae on rhinophores dark, thick and widely spaced.
