This 8-page illustrated guide to the freshwater Mollusca of Sri lanka is produced as a zig-zag fold leaflet of slightly larger than A5 size (it is ca. 25 cm × 16.5 cm),, and laminated for field use. The four pages of colour illustrations give several views of each species, and covers all known native species. There is also an inroductory page, a species list, and a section on two introduced species of the genus Pomacea, which are fairly similar to the indigenous Pila globosa.
